A couple days ago I had to reset my iphone, and i did it forgetting to back it up which made me lose all my accounts for a couple of things such as my idolm@ster account which is why i'm typing this. I never set a bandai namco account, so i'm not able to retrieve my account back that way, and i'm just now wondering if there's any other way to get it back?? Can I contact bandai namco or something?? I had like 5 SSR's on that account including a limited one so I really don't want to lose it
I have my ID with my too in case I need it
