Hey! Added the current CinRoad event to the list!! First time doing that so I have no idea if I can even add cards but hey, I did something! Might try to add the other missing ones since there's a huge gap between 12 and 17 (the Kumiko/Erika one). Apologies if I mess something up!! Have a skateboarding Ibuki! Edit: I added the missing Cinderella Road events! It was fun finding the pattern in terms of event releases and figuring out what exactly was missing! I didn't see a card addition option so I'm guessing that's exclusive to mods? Unfortunate, but I did what I could to help!
